Aspasia: The International Yearbook of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern European Women's and Gender History seeks articles and other contributions that explore the history of women and gender in Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe (CESEE). We welcome submissions on any topic and any time period in the field of women's and gender history in CESEE.  We especially encourage submissions from scholars in CESEE.

Aspasia is always interested in research that examines the myriad ways in which gender intersects with other categories of social  organization  and advances work that explores the transnational aspects of women's and gender histories within, to, and from CESEE. Submissions on any topic relating to women’s and gender history in CESEE are welcome at any time and will always receive full consideration.  For the next issue, submissions are encouraged by 1 August 2022.

Submissions of up to 9,000 words (including endnotes) can be sent to aspasia.editor@gmail.com. Please direct any questions to that email, or contact the Senior Editor, Sharon Kowalsky, at Sharon.Kowalsky@tamuc.edu.
