My name is Samantha A. Taylor, I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Southern Mississippi and I am trying to put together a panel for SHAFR 2016. THe panel will look at US post-Cold War foreign relations, including humanitarian efforts, military interventions, peacekeeping missions, and foreign relations with other states.
