The Permanent Seminar "Iberian Worlds and Early Globalization" begins its 2022 activity next Friday, January 28 at 6:00 pm (CET). On this occasion, the session will consist of a round table on academic journals, entitled "Research Journals and Publication Strategies", in which editors will present the recent past of journals and their current situation, policy and editorial process, as well as important formal aspects for publication and other relevant issues to prepare future contributions.
The session will feature presentations by Consuelo Naranjo-Orovio (IH-CSIC, Madrid), who will present Culture & History. Digital Journal, Kris Lane (Tulane University, New Orleans) who will discuss the main aspects of the Colonial Latin American Review and Gagan Sood (LSE, London), who will present the workings of the Journal of Global History.
