The History & Culture program in the Caspersen School of Graduate Studies at Drew University is pleased to announce the availability of a limited number of student travel grants for Crossroads: The Future of Graduate History Education, totaling $400 each. These grants will help cover the travel expenses of students whose submitted proposals are accepted for presentation at CrossroadsAll graduate students who submit proposals will be considered for these grants, but we cannot guarantee that all will receive funding. To receive funding, grant recipients must attend and present at Crossroads from March 11-12, 2016.

When we started planning Crossroads, part of our vision was to bring unheard student voices to a prominent place in the conversation on the future of education.  We realize that this will require some financial assistance for graduate students who have limited funds available and we hope these grants will make attending the conference possible.

Please forward this announcement to all graduate students in your program. The call for papers is available at the conference website. Please do let us know if you have any questions about Crossroads, or the travel grant program.
