Call for Papers

The University of North Alabama’s History Graduate Student Association is now accepting submissions for its fifth journal volume of the North Alabama Historical Review.

The journal is open to graduate students and advanced undergraduate students. Research paper topics and book reviews may cover any aspect of American or World History. Book reviews must be written about books published in the past 7 years. As the University of North Alabama’s History Department celebrates the addition of a Public History Graduate Program, we will be devoting a special section of the journal to papers that concern Public History or related topics. Research papers should be 10 to 20 pages in length and book reviews between 3 and 5 pages in order to be considered. Both papers and reviews must adhere to Chicago Style. Please include a CV with all submissions.
