“The Romanian Journal of Modern History” is a peer-review journal published under the auspices of the Faculty of History within “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iaşi. The journal is intended not only for established researchers and historians, but also for PhD students and young scientists from Romania and abroad. The editorial board is interested in publishing articles and book reviews which cover topics related to the Romanian modernity (the end of the 18th century – the beginning of the 20th century until the end of the First World War) and also to the universal modernity (17th-19th centuries).

The articles and book reviews must be written in English, French or German.

The authors are invited to submit their proposals (together with a summary and keywords in English only for articles), their contact and institutional status until November 1st, 2021, by e-mail at rjmh@gmail.com. RJMH is included in the CEEOL database – for further information, including the instructions for the authors, please check this link: https://www.ceeol.com/search/journal-detail?id=503.
