Western University Kings University College is hosting a 4 month- $25,000 USD Fulbright Canada Research Chair during the 2022-23 academic year.

King’s University College seeks a Fulbright Scholar qualified to explore concepts of justice and reconciliation as developed through Catholic intellectual traditions, specifically in the context of colonialism and racism in the Americas. Historical and theoretical approaches are welcome, but the scholar must show how the research has practical relevance for those working to address urgent challenges and opportunities of the present moment.

Applicants from any Humanities or Social Science discipline are welcome; however, applicants should demonstrate how past/ongoing research projects (at least partially) explore some aspect of Catholic intellectual traditions, broadly construed.

Please visit the Fulbright website for details.

The deadline to apply is Sept. 15, 2021.
