The program committee is grateful for the support provided by the University of Alabama for this conference. Special thanks to Lesley Gordon for making it all possible, to PhD student Jessica Brodt for stepping in to help with many details, and to Amanda Bergeron of UA’s Conference Services for guiding us through the process. This conference would not be happening without them!
