Children's Rights in a 21st Century Digital World: Exploring Opportunities and Tensions

This special issue seeks contributions that engage with, explore and reflect critically upon theoretical, philosophical, methodological and practical issues relating to the conceptualization and actualization of children’s rights in a ‘21st Century Digital World’. We welcome papers that engage with the complexities, opportunities and tensions around children’s rights that emerge from children and young people’s engagement with digital technologies. We particularly welcome contributions that focus on the lived experiences of children and young people from diverse backgrounds (intersectionalities). Contributions from the Global South and across diverse disciplines are particularly sought. Please refer to the Call for Papers available via http://gsc.sagepub.com for more information.
