The Hungarian Studies Association of Canada invites you to a roundtable discussion of Ferenc Andai’s In the Hour of Fate and Danger on Monday, May 31, 2021 (4:00-5:30pm EST/10:00pm-11:30am CET), with discussants Judith Szapor, Agatha Schwartz, Matt Carrington, Lynda Muir, and Marietta Morry. In addition to discussing the book from the point of view of history and literary studies, we have also invited the editor and translators who worked on this project to discuss their experiences with the text, and with memoir as a genre more generally
