Join Professor Seth Garfield, director of the LLILAS Benson Brazil Center, for a live Q&A with filmmaker Marcos Colón on Thursday, April 22, at 5 p.m. CDT.

According to Colón, "the film highlights the environmental impact engendered by Henry Ford's attempts to establish rubber plantations near the Tapajós River in Brazil and the local communities' current-day efforts to transition the land to successful cultivation of soybeans."
