We would like to announce the publication of the latest issue of The Eastern Buddhist, volume 49, numbers 1 and 2. It is a double issue that includes a feature on the theme “Bodhisattva Precepts in East Asian Perspectives and Beyond.” It also includes a new, annual feature that presents an annotated list of “Japanese Books on Buddhism” published in the previous year (2019). We hope that this will be of value to scholars in all fields of Buddhist Studies. Please see the table of contents for this issue below.
