Family Papers: A Sephardic Journey through the Twentieth Century
Sarah Abfrevaya Stein (UCLA), in conversation with Amy Weiss (University of Hartford) discusses Stein's ninth book, Family Papers. It was named a Book of the Year by The Economist and Mosaic magazine, was selected as an Editor's Choice recipient by The New York Times, and was named a National Jewish Book Awards Finalist. It uses the Levy family's correspondence to tell the story of their journey spanning generations and continents.
