Inaugural issue of the Indian Journal of Critical Disability Studies published

We have the pleasure of announcing the publication of the  inaugural issue of the online journal Indian Journal of Critical Disability Studies. Since the journal is completely open-source/ open-access, both the complete issue as well as individual articles are available for download from the journal site.

The current issue carries a long Introduction to the idea behind the endevour culminating in starting of this journal, 3 invited articles by Dan Goodley, Fiona Kumar Campbell and Gregor Wolbring, 2 provocation pieces by the disabled artist/ poet Khairani Barokka and Tanmoy Bhattacharya, and 4 reviews (2 on recent 2 books published on Disability Studies from India, 1 on the autistic poet Tito Mukhopadhyay, 1 on a recent online event on Art and the Pandemic).
