The French edition of The Programming Historian is seeking editors to work actively to solicit and edit lessons. In keeping with our commitment to diversity and access to digital humanities, the project team are particularly interested in hearing from women, members of any minority groups, LGBTQ+ members, and peoples from the Global South.
The Programming Historian offers more novice-friendly, peer-reviewed tutorials that help humanists learn a wide range of digital tools, techniques, and workflows to facilitate their research. In recent years, the publication has expanded to include Spanish and French editions. The Programming Historian is a volunteer-led initiative, controlled entirely by the ‘Editorial Board of the Programming Historian’ with the help of community contributors.
Interested candidates should submit a 200 words expression of interest outlining your interest in the project to Sofia Papastamkou by 31 October 2020.
