Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The 2020 edition of Kopernikanaour annual posting of news and events from the Copernicus Center for Polish Studies at the University of Michigan, is now available online. As you will see, despite the pressures and disruptions of the global COVID pandemic, the Copernicus Center has remained a hive of activity. That continues with a rich program of online events, both live and recorded, scheduled throughout the year and accessible online, including our Annual Copernicus Lecture, a conversation with acclaimed filmmaker Agnieszka Holland, produced in collaboration with the 27th Annual Ann Arbor Polish Film Festival (November 6-8, 2020). We look forward to seeing you in virtual space!

With best wishes,

Benjamin Paloff

Associate Professor of Slavic Languages and Literatures and of Comparative Literature
