The Asia-Pacific Studies Program of the College of Arts and Sciences invites everyone to its first online lecture "China's Food: A Historian Asks What's Next?" on May 20 (Wednesday) at 1:30 pm. (Philippine & Beijing time).
Professor of Humanities Thomas David DuBois of the Beijing Normal University will discuss how he came to study China's food and the coming changes, from safer milk to plant-based meat.
