The Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center (SQCC) supports and encourages advanced research on the Sultanate of Oman through its Research Fellowship Program.

First launched in 2010, this annual fellowship program supports one year of self-designed research in Oman. The fellowship provides up to $51,000 in support to a Ph.D. candidate, university academic, or team for research on the Sultanate of Oman. All disciplines are welcome to apply. SQCC Research Fellowship Details

Funding: Up to $51,000 for 1 year of research.

Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or affiliated with an American university as a Ph.D. candidate or university academic.

Dates: Research must be conducted in 2021.

Application Deadline: 15 September 2020
