The Sustainability and Livelihood Research Organization (Suliver) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), will be hosting a public discourse and engagement forum under the Theme: Climate Change and Resilience in Disaster Risk Management. The forum will focus on energy, water, and health connections in urban communities. It will particularly draw from the current energy crisis that has resulted from climate change-related and extreme weather conditions in our communities. Urban leadership is critical to resilience and sustainable management of climate-related risks and disasters of our time.

The Forum will take place on October 25, 2019 at 9:00 AM. The venue is at the Yonkers Public Library – Riverfront, One Larkin Center, New York 10701.
