The Copyright and Intellectual Property Area of the Popular Culture Association invites papers from all disciplines that concern popular culture. Topics may include, but are not limited to, discussions of the relationship between copyright law and different media, strategies for teaching, discussing, and understanding Copyright and Intellectual property as it applies to different media, philosophical discussions of authorship and ownership, case studies of particular events concerning intellectual property, and more.
