Articles-in-Progress Session, Mid-America Theatre Conference

The Mid-America Theatre Conference is pleased to offer a pair of workshops at the 2018 conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (March 15-18) for scholars and practitioners on articles in areas of theatre history, performance, pedagogy, theory, and/or practice. These workshops will offer participants the opportunity to meet in a closed session with journal editors who have read their work in advance and who will offer suggestions for improvement as well as strategies for submitting to academic journals.

Recent Articles-in-Progress sessions have included editors from Theatre Topics, Theatre History Studies, Theatre Survey, Journal of American Drama and Theatre, Journal of Dramatic Theory and Criticism, and Ecumenica. The workshops accept graduate and faculty article submissions.
