www.balticorthodoxy.com is an online resource portal run by Dr James White (Ural Federal University/University of Tartu) and Dr Irina Paert (University of Tartu) on the history of Orthodoxy in the Baltic region between 1836 and 1940

Here you will find a variety of resources on the history of Orthodoxy in the Baltic region, including biographies, a time line, interactive maps, primary sources (both translations and downloadable originals), historical photographs and maps, videos, and further reading. Please be aware that the website will be updated regularly over the next year: there are also plans for versions in other languages (Russian, Estonian, and, hopefully, Latvian).
