For the new De Gruyter Oldenbourg series Genocide and Mass Violence in the Age of Extremes we  are inviting manuscript proposals (monographs, edited volumes, source editions) that analyze forms, representations, memory, consequences, etc. of any genocide or form of mass violence in the so called age of extremes. We specifically invite interdisciplinary approaches and those that highlight new perspectives and research results related to the field.

Manuscript proposals are welcome by early career scholars as well as established researchers alike. They can be sent at any stage of a project, but ideally include one or two sample chapters and a detailed synopsis of the project.

All titles in the series are peer reviewed and (ideally) published in print and immediate open access to allow the widest possible distribution of new research results.
