The Wichita Falls Museum of Art and the History Department at Midwestern State University are hosting a free Teaching History in the 21st Century Conference for K-16 educators on February 16-17, 2018.  The conference, which will take place at the museum and is being co-sponsored by the American Historical Association, has 6 sessions with 18 speakers who will talk on various aspects of pedagogy.  The keynote speakers are Dr. Ron Tyler, former Director of the Texas State Historical Association, and Dr. Anne Hyde, Professor of History at the University of Oklahoma.   Call (940) 397-8900 to register.
