The Historian is a bi-annual, scholarly journal published by the Department of History, Government College University, Lahore. The journal provides a platform to the seasoned and emerging scholars to share their innovative and cutting-edge research by contributing empirical and theoretical articles. We also publish literature reviews, review articles and book reviews.
We are interested in original contributions related to Social Science and Humanities (History, Sociology, Social Welfare, Anthropology, Religious Studies, Visual Arts, Political, Cultural Aspects of Development, Literature, Public Administration, Psychology, Philosophy, Political Science, History, Education, Women Studies and so on).
