The theme of AYOR 2019 is: 'Styles of Law, Styles of Rhetoric: Badiou et al on Salus Populi'. The AYOR is a multi-lingual, peer-reviewed scholarly journal devoted to the development of rhetoric studies on, and in Africa. Previous issues are available at: http://africanrhetoric.org or via the Sabinet platform. This year, AYOR will include contributions from eminent rhetoricians across the North-South divide, including the English translation of an as yet unpublished text by Professor Alain Badiou, entitled 'Lessons from the "Yellow Vest" Movement'.
