The Programme de recherche en démographie historique (PRDH) will be hosting an event to launch a new micro database of the 1831 Census of Quebec.  This database was created in collaboration with FamilySearch and was funded by a grant from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation.  The event takes place from 3 pm to 6 pm on Tuesday, March 14, 2019, in the Carrefour des arts et des sciences, Pavillon Lionel-Groux, 3150 rue Jean Brillant, Université de Montréal.  We will begin with presentations in room C-2059, followed by a reception in room C-2081.  RSVP to marilyn.amorevieta@umontreal.ca
