CALL FOR EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBERS!
The peer-reviewed academic journal, Socio-Historical Examination of Religion and Ministry (Sherm Journal), is currently looking for qualified individuals to join our Editorial Advisory Board. We are particularly interested in hearing from those who specialize in the social-scientific study of religion or ministry of non-Christian religious traditions and from minority applicants (females, ethnic or religious minorities, etc.).
The great news is that this appointment would not become a burden to your already full schedule. In fact, your responsibilities would be quite minimal, especially since the editorial staff will be doing most of the work. You would just need to respond to a couple of emails that are sent out a few times a year discussing minor administrative issues, such as advertising opportunities, voting on the theme of special issues, and recommending the publication of different articles. The only “homework” would be to peer-review any manuscript submission that applies to your particular field of study.
You should also know that our Advisory Board members have priority in publishing their research or other editorials they would like to submit.
If you think you might be interested in joining our Editorial Advisory Board, please contact the SHERM journal editor for details.
