The Northeast Popular Culture/American Culture Assoiciation (NEPCA) invites publishers to nominate one book per year for the annual James P. Hanlan book Award ($300 and a certificate of merit) which is presented to the winner at the annual NEPCA conference each October. Monographs on any popular culture or American culture topic published in 2018 by an author who lives or works in New England or New York may be submitted to the book award committee by June 1, 2018. Edited books, collections or fiction are not eligible. Inquires are welcomed.
