The Successful Woman - Lifestyle, Legacy, and Leading by Example will serve as invaluable personal and professional development for women leaders across the globe, as well as provide an opportunity for them to replenish their spirit and have some fun!


Dr. Monique Y. Wells, WIF's founder, and CEO believes it is important that high-achieving women from all sectors of the economy participate in the conference.  To date, the industries represented by attendees are:

Attendees will be asked to bring to the conference a personal or professional challenge that they would like to resolve.

The schedule for the event is as follows:
Wednesday evening, March 6
- Welcome reception at the Park Hyatt, including art tour featuring the work of French woman sculptor Roseline Granet
Thursday, March 7
- Morning session: Interactive keynote presentation on Leadership entitled "Stand Out with Purpose: First Impressions for Lasting Influence."
- Gourmet buffet lunch
- Afternoon session: Mastermind session on Lifestyle - Closing the gap between your present and ideal lifestyle
- Evening: Networking and cultural event - cocktail dinner reception and tour at the Yves Saint Laurent museum
Friday, March 8
- Morning session: Legacy panel - three professionals from diverse backgrounds will discuss what personal, financial, and philanthropic legacy mean for women leaders, followed by Q&A with conference participants.
- Gourmet buffet lunch
- Afternoon session: Introduction to the L³ Alliance (the women's group for the Wells International Foundation), followed by a mastermind session to create a plan to address the challenge brought to the conference based on what was learned during the conference
- Evening: Those who are participating in the Wonderful Women's Weekend will meet for drinks and dinner to continue the momentum of and nurture the relationships formed during The Successful Woman.
The morning sessions on leadership and legacy will be informational and interactive, while the afternoon sessions on lifestyle and creating a plan to address a personal or professional challenge will consist of masterminding.  
The morning sessions will be live-streamed and made available for professional development to individuals and corporations.  The afternoon sessions will not be recorded to preserve the privacy of conference attendees.
