New Directions in the Humanities Research Network: a conference and journal collection founded in 2003, exploring established traditions in the humanities as well as innovative practices that set a renewed agenda for their future.
We invite proposals for paper presentations, workshops/interactive sessions, posters/exhibits, virtual lightning talks, virtual posters, or colloquia addressing one of the following themes:
Theme 1: Critical Cultural Studies
Theme 2: Communications and Linguistic Studies
Theme 3: Literary Humanities
Theme 4: Civic, Political, and Community Studies
Theme 5: Humanities Education
2019 Special Focus - The World 4.0: Convergences of Knowledges and Machines
The next proposal deadline is 3 December 2018. We welcome the submission of presentation proposals at any time of the year up until 30 days before the start of the conference. All proposals will be reviewed within two to four weeks of submission.
