The Center for Oral History (COH) at the Chemical Heritage Foundation is proud to provide training to individuals interested in learning oral histoyr and research interview methodologies, both for historical research in general and work in the history of science, engineering, technology, and medicine specifically. Hosted biannually in the winter and summer, the director and staff of the COH work with scholars and researchers who are planning or have started research tht has interviewing as a core component. 

Topics of discussion include: interview prep & methodologies; recording technology; legal & ethical issues; processing the transcript; and archiving & preservation.

Attendance at the workshop is free, however, registration is required. Individuals from all fields of interest are welcome & encouraged to attend. Please contact Samantha Blatt for more information.
