We are glad to inform you about a conference entitled "Brussels Consensus. European integration and neoliberalism" co-sponsored by the University of Padua and the Italian Ministry of University and Research in the context of the research project "The engines of growth: for a global history of the conflict between renewables, fossil, and fissile energies (1972-1992)". It will take place at the Department of Political Science, Law, and International Studies of the University of Padua from 25 to 26 October 2018. Its aim is to analyse the specific role played by the European Union in the neoliberal age and the contribution it made to the neoliberal revolution from a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary perspective.
