Registration Payments

Some delegates have contacted us to complain that their banks have charged them when they transferred funds to the CHAT conference account in the NL for the purposes of registration.

We are sorry about this, but most international money transfers have hidden fees which banks add on top of the exchange rate and often don’t communicate to customers.

Fees  vary depending on where you are in the world. If you are attempting to register and pay from a place outside SEPA countries using the IBAN method then please be aware that your bank will certainly charge a fee for the transfers. The fee amount will be displayed in the cost of the transaction.

Payments by Cash

In the light of this dissatisfaction we have now arranged for it to be possible to make cash payments for registration at the CHAT conference in Amsterdam.

We would still ask attendees to register before 30th October 2017 so that we have an indication of how many delegates will be attending in advance for catering purposes.

But if you wish to pay by cash at the event then please fill out the online form when registering to indicate that you will pay in cash at the event.
