The Baldwin Library of Historical Children's Literature at the University of Florida is now accepting applications for the new Louise Seaman Bechtel Visiting Travel Grant program.
Grants of up to $1,500 for US residents or $2,500 (not inclusive of taxes) are available for international residents to undertake research in one of the largest collections of Anglo-American children's literature in the world. Recipients also must give a work in progress colloquium to the university community during residency.
Proposals are due Thursday, July 5, 2018, with award notifications expected later in the month of July.
