Registration for the 19th Annual Conference On Illinois History is now open.

The conference will be held on October 5-6 at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library in Springfield, Illinois. It will feature two full days of conference panels on subjects that will appeal to academics, teachers, and anyone interested in Illinois's past. Teachers are invited to attend workshops on using history in the classroom. Attendees can also register for two lunch talks on the upcoming Illinois Bicentennial and plans for the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. A free reception will be offered on the 5th at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum.
