Call for papers for Book project on CONFLICT, PEACE AND HUMAN SECURITY IN SOUTH ASIA

This is an open call to seek papers for an edited volume on conflict, peace and Human Security in South Asia and its implications looking into the modern political trends specific to South Asia and its multi-dimensional impact on this region. It will bring together the analyses on social movements and surrounding issues, challenges and solutions to them. The work will consolidate the thematic lines and streams weaved around regions, regional and global perspectives and theoretical perspectives on contemporary issues and, highlights political movements. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to are:

  • Human security and Peacebuilding,
  • Human Security and Refuges Crisis
  • Terrorism and Security in South Asia
  • Nepal political parties and rise of communism in South Asia
  • India and China and economic prosperity of South Asia
  • Conflict and peace in Kashmir
  • Religion, Conflict and Peace
  • Asylum seekers, refugees, and peace
  • Exodus, IDPS ,Justice and Human Rights Issues in South Asia
  • Conflict resolution and political stability

 The complete chapter has to be submitted before 4 September 2018 and the length of the paper should not exceed 6000 words. Please use citations; avoid footnotes and endnotes.
