CFP Travel & Tourism Studies
The Travel & Tourism Area of the Popular Culture Association is considering proposals for papers for the national conference in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 28-31, 2018. Proposals might focus on travel literature, the psychology of travel, the history of travel, the future of eco-tourism, the pedagogy of travel, student learning and travel courses, animals and travel, tourists and tourism, "authentic" tourism, LGBTQ travel, medical tourism, travel souvenirs, hotel/motel culture, business travel, automobile/ship/air/space travel, and virtual travel and tourism.
Please submit 100-word abstracts by the deadline of October 1, 2017, directly through the Popular Culture Association website: go to http://www.pcaaca.org and follow the instructions for creating an account. All submissions must be made through the conference submission site at http://www.pcaaca.org/national-conference/.
