Teaching Undergraduates with Archives Symposium, November 7-9, 2018

Bentley Historical Library, Univeristy of Michigan

The Bentley Historical Library invites faculty, archivists and students to visit the University of Michigan for a free symposium, with meals provided.Teaching Undergraduates with Archives is a forum for the intersections of research and practice, experience and experimentation.

Organizers encourage submissions for presentations that address: collaboration, design, evaluation, and or research. The symposium will feature 2 1/2 days of presentaitons, workshops including incubator sessions for initiatives in a formative stage, and discussions. Organizers invite submissions of abstracts (250 words or fewer) for presentations, poster sessions, workshop modules, or panel discussions. Proposals featuring alternative formats are also welcome.

Notification of the review committee’s decision: Early June.
