Please submit your abstract or formal proposal by June 30, 2018.  Abstracts should be no more than one page in length (250 words).  After approval of your abstract, your full paper (of no more than 25 pages) must be submitted by October 14, 2018 to moascentral@gmail.com.  After that time, you will be assigned a panel and a presentation time.
