New England Historical Association (NEHA) Book Award
The New England Historical Association (NEHA), a regional affiliate of the AHA, announces its annual book award competition. Publishers may nominate one monograph per year for the James P. Hanlan Book Award for the best book on any time, place or historical topic published in 2016 by an author who lives or works in New England. The $300 stipend and certificate will be presented to the winning author at the Fall NEHA conference. Inquiries welcome by June 1, 2017.
