CONFERENCE

More than 60 papers from diverse parts of the world (Algeria, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, China, Ethiopia, France, Georgia, Ghana, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Nigeria, Palestine, Philippines, Russia, Taiwan. Thailand, Turkey, UK, USA, Vietnam...) will be presented and discussed in the conference, covering a wide range of issues :

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME
CONFERENCE OVERALL PROGRAMME
The conference programme is the development of the following outline :
Wednesday, March 22, 2017, the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne : Plenary Sessions of Introduction
Thursday, March 23, 2017, the University of Le Havre : Parallel Sessions of Paper Presentations
Friday, March 24, 2017, the University of Le Havre : Parallel Sessions of Paper Presentations and Plenary Sessions of Conclusion and Recommendation
During the conference, there will be exhibition, demonstration (caligraphy, origami, and other Asian art and craft), book launching, and film screening dealing with the Rise of Asia. The conference will be ended with a Socio-cultural Evening with dances, music, défilé of Asian dresses, demonstration of martial arts and buffet of Asian gastronomy.

REGISTRATION
The registration concerns only the simple participants (those who do not present a paper). The paper presenters are automatically registered by the organising committee. The participant registration is not compulsory. The access to all the conference sessions is open to public with or without registration within the limit of available seats. However, those who are registered have the advantage of having the right to :
1) A personalised badge
2) A copy of conference booklet
3) A certificate of participation
4) A priority to enter into the conference rooms in case of crowd
5) A choice of drink during all the coffee sessions of the conference in Le Havre : a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, a small bottle of water or a can of soft drink.

The registration consists of two steps :
1) Filling in the REGISTRATION FORM / FORMULAIRE D’INSCRIPTION
2) Paying the REGISTRATION PAYMENT

The registration payment can be done online or by cash on site of the conference in Le Havre only (not in Paris). The payment online a few days prior to the conference is preferable. It allows the conference organising committee to prepare in advance the first three items mentioned above. It also avoids participants from filling in the registration form in the crowd and going to the university administrative office to pay the registration fee. The amount of the registration fee is 20 (twenty) euros per person and its payment can be done through a bank transfer following REGISTRATION PAYMENT.
