National Fellowship Program at UVA’s Jefferson Scholar’s Foundation Now Accepting Applications

The Jefferson Scholars Foundation National Fellowship Program, formally of University of Virginia’s Miller Center of Public Affairs, funds scholars completing dissertations that employ history to shed light on American politics and public policy, the intersection of technology and democracy, and the impact of global affairs on the United States, media and politics, as well as the role of the presidency in shaping American political development. In addition to providing a stipend, the Foundation assists the fellow in choosing a senior scholar from their field to serve as fellowship "mentor." Residency is encouraged but not required. All Fellows attend fall and spring conferences at UVA’s Jefferson Scholars Foundation.
