This year’s theme: “The Mind and Body in Global History”

With keynote address from Dr. Susan Mattern of University of Georgia


Please submit a 300 word abstract to, along with your CV

The deadline for submission is January 10, 2017

We plan to have panels from a variety of disciplines including, but not limited to:

History, English, Art History, Psychology, Public History, Classics, Modern Languages, Archeology, Sociology, Global Studies, Gender and Women’s Studies, Medicine, Religious Studies

We encourage creative connections to this year’s theme!

The Association of Historians at Georgia State University will award a prize for most innovative paper
