The Society for History in the Federal Government (SHFG) is hosting a series of professional development meetings for federal agency historians to discuss common issues and challenges we face. The first will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, 3-4:30 p.m. at the National Archives Building in Washington, DC. The theme will be oral history projects. We will have a list of issues to discuss, but please bring your own questions and concerns.
The meeting is free to SHFG members, but registration is required.

The National Archives is located at 700 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, across the street from the Archives-Navy Memorial metro station (yellow and green lines). Please enter via the Special Events entrance on the Constitution Avenue side of the building. The meeting will be held in the Jefferson Room.
