Proud of the international dimension it has acquired over the past few years, the Graduate Student Association of the Historical Sciences Department (Artefact) renews its invitation to graduate students and young scholars to submit paper proposals for its 17th International Conference held on the 15th, 16th, and 17th of February 2017, in Quebec City, Canada. The purpose of the conference is to bring together Master’s, Doctoral students and young scholars working on a variety of topics in order to foster discussion. Open to public, this international conference puts forward themes revolving around history related disciplines such as Art History, Archeology, Ethnology, Museology, Archivistics, and of course History itself. This event constitutes an opportunity for all participants to keep up to date with the present and current researches made in Canadian, American and even European Universities. A roundtable discussion will also regroup several experts on the issue of the challenges faced by researchers in the humanities and social sciences, and the strategies employed to overcome those challenges.
