Submission Guidelines

MANUSCRIPT SIZE

The abstract should be between 150 and 300 words in length and provide a concise summary of the chapter's content and main arguments. The abstract should be written in clear, concise language and should not contain any jargon or technical terms that are not defined or explained. The minimum word length for a chapter is 6000 words. This word count includes all text, references, tables, and figures. The chapter should be written in clear, concise language, and should be well-structured with appropriate headings and subheadings. Authors should ensure that their chapter is thoroughly proofread and edited for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.

  • Title: Times New Roman, Font Size: 16
  • Authors Details: Times New Roman (Italic), Font Size: 12
  • Chapter Main Body: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12

                Follow decimal heading style:

                  1. Chapter Level

                        1.1 First Level Heading

                              1.1.1 Second Level Heading

  • Create tables using the Word table editor or in simple tab-delineated format with no vertical rules
  • For equations, please use Word equation editor or MathType when preparing the text in Word.
  • Include 5-10 keywords, that describe the chapter as a whole.

REFERENCE STYLES

Be sure reference and bibliography information is complete and presented per APA criteria (for nursing, behavioral health, and health sciences manuscripts) or AMA criteria (for medical or PA manuscripts).
