Hosted by Auburn University at Montgomery, located in central Alabama, the Southern Studies Conference spans two days and draws together graduate students, academics, and professionals from across the Humanities to share research and explore the history and culture of the American South. Now in its tenth year, the 2018 Conference boasts seventeen panels with 60 speakers, three keynotes, a special exhibition, and several exciting excursions. Lunch and refreshments are provided on both days and there will be a reception on Friday evening. Registration is now open.
