The Yearbook of European Union and Comparative Law (YEUCL) has opened an invitation for submission for Volume 2 (2023). We are interested in particular in critical approaches to European Union and Comparative law

In addition, YEUCL welcome critical and original papers of topical and classical issues in EU law (european constitutional law, internal market law, european foreign policy, european competition law, european private law, comparative methodology, comparative jurisprudential approach, etc).

Papers should be no shorter than 5000 words.

All the papers will be reviewed by the Scientific board in addition to anonynous reviewers to assess their quality and contribution to academic debates.

YEUCL author style requires: Title of the paper, abstract, key words, references.

Submissions and publications are free of charge.
