The EUMedEA Crash Course “Managing Crises at EU Med Borders” is an advanced study and training event for PhD students interested in EU external action and the management of crises at EU Med borders, migration in particular. MA students seeking to deepen their knowledge on these topics are also welcome.

The Workshop is co-financed by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Commission and the University of Catania. A limited number of full grants (10) is available for PhD students. The grant consists of free accommodation (single room if available or double to be shared, 6 nights) and reimbursement of the travel costs up to 400 €. A limited number of half grants (5) is available for MA students. The half grant consists of free accommodation (double room to be shared with another MA student, 6 nights).
